He has coached to an elite level for several olympic athletes, premiership football clubs and leading tennis players. Matt has worked with our in-house trainers to create a bespoke functional fitness programme focused on you (tailored to your respective level) to deliver health and longevity.

Alida O Connor brings years of experience studying and teaching yoga in London’s premier studios and around the world. She has designed a yoga programme based on a creative Vinyasa flow, with particular attention to breath and alignment. Whether on one of our expert-led retreats, during our regular group yoga classes or through our specially commissioned in-room yoga programme, Alida wants you to enjoy yoga on your terms in an environment that is peaceful, transformative and empowering.
